J. Peter Bergman is the Executive Director of The Edna St. Vincent Millay Society (www.millaysociety.org) at Steepletop, her historic home in Austerlitz New York. He is also a free-lance writer and publicist. Living in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, his work can be found, on a regular basis, in Berkshires Week, the magazine section of The Berkshire Eagle and New England Newspapers, and in other publications. His play, Maids in the Mills, is available for school and amateur productions. A former president of the Berkshire Writers Room, he is a proud member of the NLGJA.
